• Destination Duties: Import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), sales taxes, and local customs clearance charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
• Recipient Responsibility: All applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are determined by the destination country's authorities and are the sole responsibility of the recipient/buyer upon arrival.
• Customs Clearance: Our concierge team works directly with global cargo partners to prepare all necessary documentation for smooth customs processing.

3. DELIVERY TIMELINES
Estimated delivery timelines will be provided upon dispatch. Delays caused by local customs inspections or clearance procedures are beyond our direct control, though our team will monitor and assist throughout the transit process.
